Natasha Fedder is a Partner at Foundation Law Group LLP focusing on civil litigation and U.S. Department of Labor investigations arising under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (“ERISA”). Natasha complements her advocacy practice by serving as a Contract Mediator for the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission RESOLVE Program and a Panel Member for the American Arbitration Association. As an arbitrator, she focuses on employment (pension/ERISA), consumer, and general healthcare disputes. Natasha graduated from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
