Gregory Dern

Dr. Gregory Dern is a professor of entrepreneurship and conflict analysis whose work integrates human flourishing, virtue ethics, and entrepreneurial pedagogy. His research examines curiosity, moral imagination, and character education across business and social impact contexts. With three decades of experience as a conflict resolution practitioner, he has guided communities, private- and public-organizations through transformative dialogue. He is also developing scalable programs in collaborative law, restorative justice, and entrepreneurial bridge-building. In both his teaching and practice, he emphasizes design thinking, narrative practice, and threshold concepts as pathways to professional formation, always with a focus on advancing human potential and shared humanity.
