The Southern California Mediation Association is excited to host its 34th Annual Fall Conference at The Straus Institute at Pepperdine University in Malibu on November 5th 2022. This year’s theme centers on the critical and continuing work of equity, diversity, and inclusion to better serve parties in mediation through recognition and respect of differences, including but not limited to, race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity, nationality, socioeconomic status, language and disability.

Each year the SCMA presents the Cloke-Millen Peacemaker Award to an individual or organization in the dispute resolution community who inspires us through their passion and dedication to peacemaking.
Each year SCMA presents the L. Randolph Lowry Award to a member of the dispute resolution community who has honored and inspired us through their passion and dedication to education in the field of dispute resolution.
