John Glowacki is a trusted probate and trust-and-estate mediator with nearly two decades of litigation experience across California. Since 2016 he has volunteered as a mediator for trust, probate, and conservatorship disputes—transitioning into paid mediation in 2023. Licensed since 2004, he combines legal skill with empathy to guide families through emotionally fraught transitions. He holds a JD and is pursuing an LLM in dispute resolution at Pepperdine’s Straus Institute. He is recognized as a Super Lawyer in Estate & Trust Litigation (2023–2025) and serves on the Orange County Bar Association’s Board of Directors.
