Kevin Skipper is a mediator and restorative practices facilitator with Skipper & Associates, as well as a California real estate broker whose work brings together housing, conflict resolution, and restorative dialogue. Drawing from experience in permanent supportive, affordable, and market-rate housing communities, he helps people navigate disputes shaped by deeper issues of power, fairness, belonging, and identity. He has also facilitated victim-offender dialogues inside the California prison system. Outside of his work, Kevin enjoys yoga, live music, and a great glass of wine.
