Melinda Feldman brings over 26 years of experience in real estate and holds a certification in Alternative Dispute Resolution from USC Gould School of Law. She is a highly skilled mediator specializing in real estate and business disputes. Her background as a certified mediator, seasoned real estate professional, and business owner allows her to navigate complex matters—including buyer-seller, landlord-tenant, eviction, contractual, and disclosure disputes—with exceptional insight and neutrality.

Melinda’s mediation approach emphasizes impartiality, active listening, and creative problem-solving. In addition to her mediation practice, Melinda is an educator and frequent speaker on real estate dispute resolution, sharing her expertise with industry professionals.
